Welcome to my practice - I offer both mental health therapy for individual and couples and addictions counseling. I offer compassionate evidence-based care including infidelity counseling for couples and betrayal trauma for individuals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Family Systems Therapy, IFS, SPACE, Trauma-Focused CBT, Exposure Therapy, Hypnotherapy, the Gottman Method for couples and Coaching for out-of-state clients. I am licensed to offer both mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment in New York, New Jersey and Maine. I offer in-person therapy and telehealth.
