I own a private practice and I have experience in both mental health therapy and addictions counseling. I offer compassionate evidence-based care including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Family Systems Therapy, SPACE, Trauma-Focused CBT, Exposure Therapy, Hypnotherapy, the Gottman Method for couples and Coaching for out-of-state clients. I am licensed to offer both mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment in New York, New Jersey and Maine. I offer in-person therapy and telehealth.
